HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS RECREATION!
The high school recreation program will start the week of November 6th and continue each Sunday until the end of February. There are no weekday practices at this level. The sessions will start at 10am and continue through the morning and each session will last 1 hour and 30 minutes. The first 30 minutes will be dynamic exercises, shooting and dribbling and the last hour will be games.
November - February
